I've used From Japan to purchase merch from Smooch. One thing to keep in mind, additional fees can add up quick and make your purchase/s a bit pricey. Maybe someone here can suggest a good alternative? You can also go the other route and ask a friend/relative that lives in Japan if they can ship you the items.

I recently used GOODY-JAPAN to order my happi. The rates are very similar to From Japan's. I did some quick calculations and there was only like a 40 yen difference.
Big in Japan also has a proxy service and they have an extremely simple to calculate commission fee.
