The reason is her bad health condition.

Knowing the reason makes the news sadder. This type of graduation makes me wonder if these girls carry too much work and stress. I also wonder if Sala could have taken a time out of hiatus and come back with recharged batteries instead of making such a drastic decision.

I think that making such a drastic decision is the result of a drastic condition.
I can't imagine she (and/or her parents) would have done so otherwise.
Health condition doesn't really say anything either.
Could be physical or mental. Or a combination of both.
And no doubt the stress factor for these girls (going to school at the same time often enough) is immense

It takes about 5 or 6 hours to Tokyo and back.

So it might be possible here more than the others

I think they will replace Sala, it's too early to make the choreography again (Sala is in Tokisen just 1 year) {sorry for the bad English}
