As for most videos of this program, the scene which Kanako doesn't speak is cut by editing.
And Kanako doesn't come up in many scenes of this program.
This program is contents guiding the information of a town and the restaurant.
I think that there are two kinds to the video of this program uploaded in YouTube.
At first it is the video that Momoclo fan edited a footage of Kanako.
Another is the video which edited the highlight scene of the program.
Was not the video divided into two a highlight video of the programs?

This is probably a really dumb question, but i was wondering if anyone could help me understand Kanako's what is meant during her introduction when she says "hachi hachi hachi hachi deko pacchi!" i think it has something to do with her forehead being "big" but my Japanese isn't advanced enough to really understand, which is sad because she is my favorite member /cry2 can anyone help me understand?

Hachi is another way of saying head, deko means forehead, and when you connect words H often turns into P. She's pointing at the audience and kind of saying: there's one, two, three, ... ordinary heads and my huge one!

"deko ppachi" means that the forehead is large.
"デコッ八(deko ppachi)" was by the characters of old Japanese anime.

I kinda agree with you, Acchan should just mention Kanako. Although I'm Acchan fan, I don't get it. I've seen a video when Kanako said that she's a big fan of Acchan but can't find it.
